Do you confirm work before proceeding?
We inspect the bicycle first, then confirm the scope and quote before any extra work begins. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price are confirmed.
What are your workshop hours?
Our weekday workshop hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, bank transfer, and cash on collection.
